Long Line Heater Management System
This system is applied to supply lines from semiconductor gas plants and refinery supply devices (ISO) to equipment. It performs simultaneous heating and temperature control across the entire pipeline and integrates a real-time temperature monitoring system using optical sensors.
Heating Controller
Using fiber-optic sensor cables, the system enables real-time monitoring and control of the entire gas supply pipeline temperature. In case of any faults or hazardous conditions, it triggers an alarm and immediately notifies the user.
